360 controler problems?

My xbox 360 contoller keeps on cutting off every few seconds, please help. Sad

Note: its not out of batterys, and theres nothing blocking the wireless connection between the 360 and the controler.

well the only ways I know is
1. To replace the batteries
2. Sync your remote to the xbox(Press both the red button on the front of the xbox and top of the remote at the same time)
3. Turn off your Xbox and try again.
