What's your favourite First-Person Shooter/Third-Person Shooter?

Some of mine are:

1) Half Life 1
2) Counter-Strike: Source
3) Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare
4) Hitman: Blood Money

I don't play many First or Third person shooters but from what I have played of them, those are my favourites.
